We borrowed a car for 10 days and returned it cleaned and hoovered as always, we do for the past 20 years. Without knowing and sending any email or any documentation they have charged us €50 apparently for not cleaning the car!! The person who works for Panek told my partner on collection of the car that the car is battered and in a bad state after the woman who had it before us. We wouldn’t even know if we didn’t check our credit card. We have sent an email twice and I have called on a numerous occasions and they keep cutting me off. Also, I and my son we are disabled and they have promised us a taxi from the office to the airport at 3:30 am as they offered themselves to do it. We got there and there was no Taxi we have almost missed our flight.! This company will charge you for anything if you want to complain they won’t come back to you. They just keep the money.
