Incorrect bill
Avoid to switch this company. They have issued me incorrect bills. I do not know how they get incorrect readings from smart meter. They charged me GBP241.87 for 28 days in February and GBP65 for 8 days in March. This is only 1 bedroom flat and the flat was vacant in that period. I have paid GBP66.58 already and they still requested me to pay additional GBP240.29. I have called them many times in past 4 months. I have also sent them numerous email and provided them correct readings with all the evidence and photos. But they did not respond and correct the bills. They just keep asking the collection company to call, email and text me. I tried to use this new company and it is just nightmare. I would not recommend any people to use it. Please avoid So Energy otherwise you will get nightmare.
