Misleading “discounted business class” and NO REFUND
I booked what SkyLux advertised as a “discounted business class” ticket. After I paid $2,239.11 through the link their agent sent, things turned into a mess: – The ticket wasn’t issued for hours. – Only AFTER payment they said it included just ONE checked bag. – Then the agent canceled the booking and claimed SkyLux “didn’t take the money.” I sent bank proof showing the charge, but they keep saying “call your bank and dispute it” instead of processing the refund. Their “discounted” fare was almost the same as booking direct — and for the itinerary I wanted, over $1,000 more! I ended up paying nearly the same price as direct, but with worse conditions, hidden restrictions, delays — and now, no refund. Booking: QP28SG | Date: July 26, 2025
