I have dealt with Worldwide Cruises many times over the last 5 years and always with Mo. From start to finish I have found his customer service second to none, he always strives to get me the best deals for wherever I am planning on going, his extensive knowledge of Worldwide hotels means that I can trust his judgment on where to stay 100%. I had a couple of cruises booked by Mo with RCI and MSC which were cancelled because of COVID-19 and Mo kept me informed regularly regarding refunds, I am pleased to say I have been refunded in full for the RCI cruise and United flights and am awaiting my refund from MSC which I have no doubt will be refunded in due course. Patience is a virtue in these difficult times and people should realise that Worldwide Cruises are doing all they can to get a happy ending for all their customers. I will always make Worldwide Cruises and Mo in particular my first choice in all my future travel plans.
