T-Mobile is the Worst Cellular Service I'd Ever Seen
I've been a customer of T-Mobile since Winter 2022 and I was a new account holder. I choose their monthly 50GB plan for a device from T-Mobile on contract. Through my experience, I was satisfied until I had encountered issues. My personal data has been breached a few times on occasions and when I'm using my phone, I lose signal whenever I head to my town. There are difficulties trying to make calls or use the internet. As I was struggling financially to pay bills for months, T-Mobile suspended my account despite me making a payment using a different card when it was set to auto-pay originally. After I found a decent source of income, I'd attempted to log in to my account to pay off past due bills and restore fee. However, my account requires a verification code to enter. Irrationally, it was sent to my associated phone number that is deactivated. I wouldn't even bother contacting customer support because they're unreliable. I will not recommend this service to anyone, find a telecommunications company that have better deals on data usage and reasonable representatives to talk to if trouble comes your way.
