I had the same HORRIBLE customer…
I had the same HORRIBLE customer service as an earlier person. Ordered 42$ worth of tea, I'm a repeat customer since maybe 8 - 10 years. Brought tea 2 weeks prior no issues, Package did not arrive this time, asked for a refund or replacement was told NO till they deem it fit by investigation. I don't care what a shipper says delivered. I'm home I don't leave my house, if the shipper doesn't ask for a signature or ring my bell how can I sign for it. They refuse to do anything and are holding my $42 hostage, This is what is on their website facebook, yea sure, more support, how about NO support and not helpful you take my 42$ and I can't buy anything else now because you have my 42$ and I have to wait till you see fit to refund or replace, and I have no other address. horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update From Adagio Teas Due to challenges caused by coronavirus (COVID-19), we're providing our customers with extra support and resources.
