Unresponsive customer service.
> Buy a Vaporesso XTRA off Amazon > 2 Weeks later stops turning on even after charging > Contact their customer service > They get back to me and ask for the following: "1. a short video or photos to show us the product problem. 2. the photo of your receipt or invoice to us for showing and confirming the purchase date. 3. the photo of box including batch number and security code on the box, which is starting with VSG. if you have no the box, please provide the batch number in the device." (This is where I presume most people give up on trying to get their £17.99 refund). > I give them all the proof of purchase, pictures etc. > They don't respond for a week > I send a second e-mail asking why they haven't replied > Still no response
