THEY REFUSE A CANCELLATION
I started taking this course in October, When I had a job since then I have only have 1 Call to ask how I have been and that’s it no other help even though I was promised I would have a call every now and then to see how I was doing and I haven’t had one since! Not only that but I am no longer working and unable to pay for the course so I wanted to cancel it. I have contacted the team and they are REFUSING the cancellation, and my money will still be taken. I haven’t had any help, no one’s contacted me to ask if I’m doing well with my course Every time I call up student care I get told lines are too busy so I have to make an inquiry and then when I do no one is helping. Not only that but I have explained I am no longer working and not able to afford and yet you are still making me take a course I’m not longer interested in and able to afford. so now when I email buy line they are also refusing a cancellation until I get confirmation from learning people which they are also refusing.
