I’m extremely grateful and satisfied by Ximena’s work and her team. They’ve been very helpful in every step since the onboarding, considering I’m new to the bank and very far from an expert in finance and the cryptocurrency world. They’ve been there to answer all my (many) questions and provided help very fast whenever I’ve reached out. I’m very happy with everything that being a Xapo customer has brought me so far.
