They made me look like a clown
Man, I hate to pile on here, but I have never had such a difficult transaction with a simple wire transfer. I have been trying to wire money since last week. All the account information is correct. Bellco says they called me to verify my information, and I looked at my phone, and there were no calls. I called them, griped a bit and they told me they would send me a Docunsign to complete the transaction. They did and I filled it out. Got verification from Docusign. Then got an email that the transaction had been canceled. I called Bellco, and they told me that the transaction had not been canceled. How do you run a business like this, much less a bank? They are making look like a clown to my client.
