Disappointing tread wear

The performance is decent enough, but these tires are wearing much faster than the warranty suggests they should. After just 15,000 miles, the tread depth is concerning. The handling is fine and they're reasonably quiet, but I expected better longevity for the price. Customer service was helpful when I contacted them about the wear issue.
