Terrible service
Placed an order at the Amersham branch , delivery arrived this morning , left without delivering because of cable above ( very high). We have had all kinds of deliveries done from other building suppliers without any issues. When I called the branch ( where East use to be) , I was told it is not possible to deliver because their driver told them so & they looked it up on Google maps??? For the record the same company delivered before to the same address without problem. Useless people the ones I dealt with . Will never use this merchant supplier any more
