Horrible customer service
I have ordered twice with Smallwoods. First order went well, but the second was horrible customer experience. They have a “buy again” button when you go into your purchase history. I didn’t remember the specs of my first order nor did it say in the details of my past purchase so when I clicked the button I figured it would pull up the previous specs. Long story short, it wasn’t. I had to TEXT… not call or speak with someone because my order has already been shipped and delivered. That process was tedious and something that could have taken maybe 5-10 min on the phone took 3 days. They were generous to offer a reorder at “50% off my first order which was not true, it was only half off for the pictures itself and couldn’t even offer free shipping even though they were running a free shipping offer that and weekend I was replacing my order again. I was very frustrated and disappointed. I will not be ordering with them again.
