Would have preferred to give zero….the one star is for the quick refund. Visited the site to pick cladding. Order cladding 2 weeks ago, was told it would be delivered by weekend. Surprise it didn’t arrive. Followed up with a phone call to them and was told that it was out of stock. They then phoned us later in day to say it was back in stock and they would reorder the items but because it was bank holiday weekend it would not be delivered until Wednesday. {OK). That day arrives their order has arrived but they have not unpacked it yet……phone call later in afternoon to say our items were not in the order (again). We decided to cancel our order and use another company. Refund was given and in back the day after. Our goods from the other company have arrived and delivered to our house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
