I 'd bought a set of mats for my BMW…

I 'd bought a set of mats for my BMW 5Series. I received these mats after a week or so and on arrival, the items were completely different from what I'd ordered. I immediately sent an email to customer services as they do not have a telephone number and I was completely shocked at the response I got. The set of mats I ordered were meant to be beige/cream as advertised on their web page and what I got was nothing short of Brown. This company refused to take responsibility of their mistake and instead maintained that brown is the new cream. I have been robbed of £70 due to false advertisement from Carmats.co.uk I won't advise you purchase from them ...there are several other mat companies you can use. I definitely won't be visiting their webpage for anything and would want to erase this experience from my memory as soon as possible.
