Beware vendors
Beware vendors. I have phoned yesterday the Rhyl branch to book a viewing on a property for sale. Called at 11.30 am spoke to lady who said she will pass my number to sales team, she says they are really busy this week so likely can’t book a viewing till next week but someone will call me back. No call back. So this morning I call again and leave an answer machine message outlining what I want and reiterating I’ve had no call back as promised from the day before. Still no call back and now it’s after office hours. I feel concerned for any vendor who has placed their property up for sale with this agent.
