Adding to my previous review from April. The front entrance door remains broken. I am currently at Stage 3 of Crabtree’s 4 stage complaint process and I haven’t had any acknowledgment of my emails since 16th May. I know many other residents are in the same situation and being completely ignored by Crabtree and by our property manager who seems to have completely lost interest in our property. I will soon be escalating my complaint to Stage 4 which involves an external third party. I wish I could give 0 stars. This company are completely irresponsible and incompetent. Emails and phone calls are ignored and issues which are reported are never dealt with. At the point where I feel unsafe in my own home as the front entrance door to my block has been broken for over 6 months, people constantly coming in and stealing packages etc with no care or response from Crabtree about this and many other issues. Unacceptable and not sure what we’re paying service charge for.
