SHOCKING CUSTOMER CARE

lost the first months payment and the activation payment. 48 took my money out my bank on 4th march then said they hadn't got it! i asked for it to be investigated and i am still waiting for an email from them to explain what is happening. if i were you i would AVOID this company.
