worst customer service ever.
Flight was delayed, delayed, delayed, then cancelled. Rebooked to the next day, where I went through the same ordeal once again, once again had to spend a night in an airport hotel. Did not get hotel voucher or meal voucher, had to pay for everything myself. Ended up spending 2 full days in Newark airport & airport hotels. Porter Airlines have still not reimbursed my expenses, even though it's been more than a month since I reported it. So incredibly unfair to not reimburse people when they have cost that are because of your failure to operate. Probably the worst airline I've ever travelled with, except Ryanair..
