Everything was clearly and concisely explained to me. Allie-Louise and Jacqui were patient with me, and when I didn't understand something they patiently explained what it meant and why. I cannot fault the service that I have received from them both and all at Irwin Mitchell. I highly recommend this company. They were totally professional in all my dealings with them. They were compassionate and caring and nothing was too much trouble. The panel of professional experts that they employ were also a pleasure to talk to. It was very reassuring knowing that Allie-Louise and Jacqui had my interests at heart all the time.
