Good work but room for improvement
The final deliverable met our requirements and the quality was solid. However, the project took about two weeks longer than initially estimated, which caused some scheduling issues on our end. The team was apologetic and did offer a small discount for the delay. Overall satisfied but hoping they can improve their timeline accuracy.
