Claire Kingston was very jolly and informative about the property and very pleasant ! The property was very nice but needs a lot of cosmetic work going to it especially as there is a heavy smell of cigarettes throughout the property. Carpets would all need to be replaced throughout to get rid of the odour ! Thank you Claire for your time today , I will discuss the properly with husband who couldn’t bd with me today and will arrange a second viewing if he is keen . Regards Elaine
