Joined Squirrel in December 2024 and currently been without internet for 10 days due to weather damaging the wiring. Less than a month into the contract. Really poor communication from squirrel and when I have got through to advisors they have been rude and inappropriate. Currently in the process of filing a complaint which is also proving difficult. Poor service all around.
