Like so many other utilities these days, this company has made contacting them as user UNfriendly as possible! Sent them an email (as I don't use What'sApp, Twitter or Facebook) and I got a TEXT reply 3 days later, which showed they didn't actually bother reading my email before replying. It failed to address the issue I raised in my email totally. Affinity continually bombard me with junk email and messages from their (grossly overpaid) CEO, but cannot be bothered to send a payment receipt email or reminders any longer! Customer Service is a lost art to Affinity Water.
