Abysmal customer service

I ordered wet dog food, dry dog food and Probiotic Food Supplement for Dogs. The box the order arrived in was visibly damaged and there was a trail of dry dog food on my driveway. 24 cans of wet food were missing, the Probiotic Food Supplement for Dogs was also missing and the dried dog food bag had split. I have emailed Pets Drugs Online but have not had a reply. I can't get through to anyone via the phone either. I can only assume that the company is a scam or at the very least has no customer support. Be warned - I have had an appalling and expensive experience. **UPDATE** As my emails were not returned and I could not get through to anyone via the phone (in total spent 7 hours on hold), I contacted my bank and raised a dispute. The bank agreed I had a case due to not being able to contact the company and refunded my purchase. If anyone else is having similar issues, suggest that this could be something that you could also look into. When I emailed the company to update them about contacting my bank and getting a refund, I got an undeliverable email back stating that Pet Drugs Onlines inbox is full.... They must have lots of customers trying to get hold of a non existent customer services team.
