Whole new central heating system - Excellent all round
Found Gas-Fix on checkatrade after moving into our new home which was needing a whole new central heating system. Contacted Gas-Fix and they sent out Ian to give a quote on replacing all the radiators, pipework and relocating the boiler. Ian was very knowledgable, and went through all the details of the required work and came up with some great ideas for the project to not only give us new central heating, but also prepare for future developments. I mentioned to Ian about the boiler being low on pressure and he even topped it up for us and showed me how to do it! I knew just from the initial visit Gas-Fix wre going to make this job much easier than we antisipated and they definately didnt let us down. Adam and Gary carried out the work, both were very friendly, knowledgable and worked very efficiantly. After each day the floors were put back and it was as though they hadn't been in atall, which is very impressive for major work which requires all the floors up. The system works perfectly and is exactly what we wanted. They showed us how it all works and left us with a handover wallet containing all the paperwork and a few small relevant gifts. Sophie in the office was excellent at getting back to me with all the quiries and changes along the way and i will be cancelling my policy with SSE and switching all the maintenece and support to Gas-Fix for the future. Best company i have dealt with in a long time! 10/10
