NOT IN STOCK I live very close to the company in Chorley. Called and asked if I could collect rather than have a set of Favero Assioma pedals delivered. This way, I thought I could avoid the not in stock issue raised by so many. Not the case, I’m afraid. Paid and then called to see if I could collect. I was informed that they hadn’t been processed, which was fair as I called the same day. Received an email the following day to say they were not in stock, 7-10days wait. I demanded a refund, which to be fair was done in two days. Emails were prompt, but it really isn’t worth the hassle for the 10% off from DC Rainmaker. Really surprised he’s even associated with them since he’s in the ‘review’ business. How can a company have over 48% poor on Trustpilot and still be in business?????
