Refunded my order with no explanation why

Ordered 15mg pen on the 17th August emails saying I had a message on the portal we’re always hours late and now have just had the money refunded into my bank without any explanation why and when I go on to the portal my order is still processing ! This is not good enough and makes it look like this site is ran by very dodgy people please be aware ! I do not recommend them at all
