So frustrated with this retailer
So frustrated with this retailer. Ordered two hoodies and received a package of multiple plain white t-shirts with a packing slip and shipping labels that were clearly for another customer. Tried calling, couldn’t get anyone on the phone - left a couple messages, nothing. Submitted daily customer service requests through their site and FINALLY heard back, saying they wanted the confirmation info about the order I got by mistake, with no concern for my order. Then got another email back asking me to confirm my shipping address and they’d look into it with USPS (I GOT an order to my house, it just wasn’t MINE so it was not a USPS problem) and in the same email they said they’d issue me a refund if I returned my hoodies (which I never got). Seriously, are there half-baked orangutans running your customer service?!? This isn’t a complicated issue. I feel like I’m just getting the run-around and will never see my hoodies nor the ~$50 I spent on them.
