The start code feature is underrated

I didn't even know about the one-time start codes until a driver explained it to me. Basically the driver can't start the trip meter until I give them the code, which means no more drivers faking pickups. Used it three times now in Chicago and it works exactly as advertised. Small feature, massive trust builder.
