Wish there were a 0 star review to be given for this property. Person named Rory Clench booked me for viewing 1 week in advance for a property in Wells only to cancel few hours before that offer has been accepted. Kept laughing on the phone rudely while discussing this. Probably used my booking as back up to pressure the other viewers into making offer on the property. So unprofessional.
