Very bad experience with this company.
Very bad experience with this company. We were on the plane for over an hour (due to a technical issue), only to be told that the flight was canceled and postponed to the next day at noon because air traffic control didn’t give clearance for takeoff. A scandal. A hotel night was offered. You have to pay for your headphones. On board, the meal was terrible and drinks were given out very sparingly. You book with Lufthansa and and end up receiving terrible service!
