Big Sky Vacation Rentals was a very responsive rental agency. The booking process was smooth, and each human interaction with the company was pleasant. During our stay, all maintenance concerns were addressed in a timely manner with proper follow up. The company provides generous amounts of laundry detergent, paper towels and cleaning supplies. The only suggestion is to provide one coffee pouch (enough to make one pot of coffee) to the list of provisions. The rental came with a tablet that allowed the renter to check in and email the office with any questions and maintenance items (including pictures) during the stay. Although this was convenient, I posed the question to the owner of Big Sky Vacation Rentals about their privacy policy as I felt the tablet could be used to "monitor" their guests. Although no privacy policy has been provided to me as of the time of this review, the owner reached out to me personally to discuss my concerns (this was a true indication to me that the rental agency is responsive to its customer's feedback).
