Product is a scam for "Subscriptions"
Was shocked when I looked at my credit card statement and saw the $99 charge. As others have stated, I was charged even before I had the devices delivered to me. The company has a very poor customer service phone line which defaults to using a worthless phone application. As best I can tell, they are scamming people with a series of half-truths and a cheap chinese product, looking to make money off of worthless "subscriptions".
