No reimbursement received for cancelled flights
Despite the latest EU guidelines on consumer protection, this company has not made any effort on improving its processing time and ways of dealing with cancellations. Agents give conflicting messages and moreover it seems that they have modified some details of the initial booking like the issuing agency and the currency. All in all... never again! WizzAir and Ryanair are much more reliable than this one!
