We are currently buying a property with Charters and I just wanted to say how fabulous Chloe was from the first time she called . So professional , friendly and really knew what she was talking about, there was no pressure at all. Luke also arranging the second viewing and offer for us, then onto Edward the branch manager who has made us feel really at ease at the start of the sales process.
