Overheating router quickly resolved
I noticed my router was getting quite hot so phoned Wessex Internet as I didn’t want it to overheat and fail. I spoke to Lucy Fielding in Customer Support who was very helpful and accessed the router remotely and was able to make some changes to it with the result being that it cooled down. She phoned a couple of hours later to explain what the problem had been and to check all was well - which it was. Great ongoing service. Wessex Internet have always provided fantastic service and yet again have surpassed themselves. Thanks very much Lucy.
