Absolutely disappointed!
Absolutely disappointed by the lack of customer service from this company, specially after been informed again and again that I would get an email or phone call from someone to sort my issue out. 2 weeks ago on my way back from work my Neomouv ebike which I paid nearly £2k for and only had for less then 6 months had just stopped working mid ride on a busy high street, I was really shocked as I only got this bike back in mid July-ish. For 2 weeks I have emailed which I've had no reply for and I have called which I keep being told I will get someone call me back. In the end I took it to a bike repair shop who had told me all I need to do is contact the company who sold it to me and get a controller as the bike only takes a specific type of battery controller. If only it was that easy. This entire ordeal has been exhausting and I wouldn't even recommend buying from Electric Rider to my worst enemy.
