Delayed flight after delayed flight
Delayed flight after delayed flight sums it up perfectly. First and last time flying with Southwest "airlines". Over all horrible experience, and thats an understatement. I did not think service and experience can get worse than frontier or spirt but I was proven wrong. None of the emplyees care about the massive inconvenience you expience. Also seems Southwest would rther hold the plane for USPS loads instead of keeping customers happy and on time. Mistake flying on this airline. Never again.
