Stay well away!!!! Unpleasant and rude staff
Hi; I called the Nuffield Health Chingford Fitness & Wellbeing Gym to arrange a trial pass. The manager informed me that my pass ready and can be collected from the reception. Few days later I went to the reception at the Nuffield Health Chingford Fitness & Wellbeing Gym only to be told there was no pass reserved under my name. The old lady at the reception looked like she did not want to be there, totally uninterested in customers/members and the duty manager was a young guy who had no interest in customers. He was rude, extremely unpleasant and was not prepared to help. I explained to him that I travelled 10 miles to try out the gym, but he was not interested. I asked him to call his colleague who arranged the pass, he said he did not have his number. Considering that his attitude towards customers was very poor, he is clearly in the wrong job. He is a typical example of a manager cause of loss of customers and revenue. Overall, very annoying and unpleasant experience. In summary, rude interactions, unresolved problem, and a lack of empathy. Stay well away from Nuffield Health Chingford Fitness & Wellbeing Gym. There are many other decent gyms in the area.
