Worst customer service in Portuguese team

Their website says, delivery in 1-3 working days. One week later, no updates on the tracking. After emailing them a few times, they try to check with the delivery company but with no actual answer on where the package is. Then next day, information on the tracking shows that there is some damage to the package. I call the Portuguese customer service to explain and ask them to check what the damage is and whether it can still be delivered or not. The lady from the Portuguese customer service team tells me, I can call DPD myself and when I ask Her to do since they are responsible for the product, she says she does not know when she will have time to do it!!!!! I don´t think there can be a worse customer service response than that! I wish that call was recorded so their supervisors can address such response!
