I am just going to leave my last correspondence with SO Energy here. I suspect it is the only way to get a real person to acknowledge and resolve this situation. Dear Patty This is now turning into something worthy of Kafka. This query is certainly not resolved! 1) Have you tried transferring my electricity from Octopus Energy since I informed you that the previous block placed on my account was no longer in place? 2) You endlessly repeat the possible reasons why I would have been blocked from transferring to another energy supplier, but paid no heed to my responses. 3) In my last email, I asked whether I was free to leave So Energy. Obviously, I can leave but have absolutely no intention of paying any penalty charges. I need a real human person to look at my ongoing correspondence and understand that your AI bots are gaslighting customers. If this wasn’t so tragic, it would be funny! I am going to copy this letter to Trust Pilot and am writing to Martin Lewis' Money Box. Lesley Davis
