April 2025: I had a terrible experience with Huws Gray when trying to return unused patio slabs. Although I paid for the items with my own card, the purchase was made under my builder’s account. When I requested the invoice needed to process a return, they refused to provide it for over two weeks saying GDPR — simply because the builder’s account was used, despite me being the one who paid. After finally stating my intention to return the slabs, I was then informed that the 28-day return window had expired — a delay entirely caused by their own inaction. It feels like a deliberate attempt to block the return and keep the money as they surely paid commission to the builder who has not completed the job too. This is not just poor service — it borders on extortion. I expected a reputable company to act with more transparency and fairness. I will not be purchasing from Huws Gray again and would caution others to be very careful if dealing with them.
