I have yet to receive my order and have been in touch with customer services but yet to receive a reply. I've been using this company for three years and this is the first negative experience I have had but unfortunately, it is a significant one. The reply says they have emailed me separately - I have done as asked and checked my inbox (and my spam folder) to find there is no email.
