Not Sitebox's usual standards
Firstly this company has been very efficient historically when I've placed orders, not so on this last occasion! I dont do negative reviews, but I have given the company plenty of time to communicate. Ordered and paid for items on 20th December with items advertised as being despatched the following day, well before the Christmas break. As I am still awaiting the delivery of my paid order as of the 30th of December, I have on numerous occasions tried to contact Sitebox. Their automated answer phone message states that they are on Christmas break until 2nd of January but are still responding to emails and dispatching online orders. I have sent 4 emails over the last ten days with no reply and their contact form states at the top of the page that they are still operating and dispatching as normal today. That is clearing a contradiction. All I have ask for is simply communication from Sitebox regarding a tracking number or confirmation of delivery with no response on both counts! Not the usual standard I have previously experienced from the team @ Sitebox that being said I am very disappointed with this unresolved order.
