The service we received from Sam Hicks was second to none. Our sale and purchase was very complex and, although we couldn’t be represented for our sale in the end (due to needing additional legal services which we had to seek from another firm), Sam was always available to give us advice and support. Our whole process took 7 months and Sam always kept in contact giving weekly updates, regular phone contact and ensured we understood each stage of the process, every step of the way. Using two conveyancers has allowed me to have a direct comparison - the way Sam dealt with all blips in the road was with professionalism and support. He is a credit to the company. House moving is extremely stressful however the process was made so much easier by the service we received. I would recommend Simply Conveyancing to anyone hoping for an stress-free process.
