ANU: Sunshine of the Fremont Hub Michael's!
Anu is such a sunshine at the Fremont Hub Michael's! Employees at that store usually seem to be too occupied to attend to customers but ANU is a customer rock star. "Not seen you for awhile," she said as she took my items to scan. "We miss our usual customers like you," she goes. Special that even when a customer is masked, she recognizes. I didn't have enough cash; and she saw how I was fumbling around for coins. She surprised me with a coupon from her pocket so that I could buy what I needed. "Seems like you really need this one," she kindly offered. Can't wait to tell you what a Michael's rock star Anu is. She validates people suddenly in need. This is not the first time she helped my husband and me. Last time, she went out of her way to search for an item we were looking for. Employee Extraordinaire, Anu!
