i can't withdraw my money

i can't withdraw my money, in payment processor it is bitcoin, but in payment processor he is not in there. In faucetpay what i must to put ? email or btc wallet faucetpay ? When i try to create a ticket, he said "invalid token". So how can i talk with admin ??
