Mysterious drip during only audible during wind+rain
We had a mysterious drip audible in our bedroom with no signs of damp. I contacted a roofer who said we needed £6,500 worth of work doing. Patrick from Property Rescue spent 20 mins on the phone explaining why he thought that wasn’t necessary and talked me through what he thought the cause was. He strongly advised doing investigatory work first to establish where the leak was. The result was a visit from Maurilio (nicest guy ever who explained everything he did) first thing in the morning and problem solved for £167! We’ll be using Property Rescue again for sure! Can’t thank Patrick enough for his patient and professional approach.
