How To Provide The Worst Customer Service
The company excels in failing being easy to do business with. The phone tree is the worst I have ever used. They sent me a form to authorize a family to use one of my weeks. The form does not populate on and iPad. The web site required me to change my password. I changed it only to be told my user name was incorrect. When I attempted to recover the user name the site told me I had to change the password. When I called in for help I was told the system was down for maintenance (in the middle of a week day). I said I just changed my password the rep said no you just think you did, try again tomorrow. I expressed my frustration and he said “let transfer you to someone who can help”. He transferred me to the phone tree. I have never experienced such abysmal customer service, unless of course you want to purchase something then their is always some available to assist you.
